“Great place to stop and get lunch while on or visiting campus… Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and they just make you feel welcome… The manager, Charlie, is always super friendly, laughing and joking with all the customers. She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???). Will definitely return when I’m back down. Great job, guys!“
“This location is relatively nice. We have always had good service and our orders are prepared correctly. Ordering online is the way to go. They knock them out quickly and they are ready when the app says they will be. Thank you for consistently good service and quality food.“
“This is the best Jersey Mike's in Columbia. I used to spend between $30 and $50 but I'm alone tonight. I tell all my friends and family about this Jersey Mike's. The customer service is wonderful. They take the time to ask you what you want so that your order is correct. The general manager is very professional and so are the employees. I drop all the way across town just to come to this one. And I make sure I leave them a good tip every time I come. You need to have this general manager train the other ones. So that I don't have to drive all across town to get my sandwich correct. “We are just pulling out of the Jersey Mike’s at Killian Road and Nuttal Oak Dr. it was EXCEPTIONAL. The manager was absolutely fantastic. She was so personable!! Even asked a gentleman who came in after us how his chickens were and if he got his coupons this week. My feeling about Jersey Mike's has always been you go for the food but you have to tolerate the staff. Not so at this location!!! Every employee was friendly and working hard and paying attention to their customers and their work. It was SO REFRESHING!!!!! Thank you to the wonderful woman who was running this place!!! You are SUPERIOR and I hope Jersey Mike's compensates you accordingly!!!“
“It's a well run, fun Jersey Mike's. It's impressive to watch his fast efficient and effective they work together. With people giving ordered and other people talking you feel they didn't hear you but they do and they get it right. They are a crew that work well together and are fun to be around. And I decided to try Sub #5 in so happy I did! That had become my fave and then made it so well. My dad loves y'all as my husband too!“
