“This might be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a lot of construction at my house, so I’ve been spending a decent amount of my mornings here. The staff is just incredible. Every single person there is nice and attentive. The food and drinks come out fast.“
“This is a good Starbucks! The staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Sometimes I wish the drive-thru moved a little quicker, but other than that I have no complaints. It’s a great Starbucks to sit inside of, whether you’re just hanging out or working on something a little more important. Would recommend if you can handle the relatively slow drive-thru lane!“
“I wanna take the girls at Starbucks this morning, August 12 at 6:45 AM. I was interested in trying something new and one of the girls suggested a salted caramel mocha Strato Frappuccino and it is absolutely delightful. It is delicious. It’s got the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of coffee. I wanna thank her so much for whoever introduced me to this district. I didn’t get her name, but I think she had wonderful customer service this morning and she knows exactly how to help a customer. She did a great job this morning and I wanna make sure that she is Aware of how much she helped me this morning.“
“Ben the Manager/staff on duty were so kind and quick! Even with the crazy holidays they were killing it and I was so impressed! “Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.
Kid-friendliness: This location is in a Target.“
“I love this place. The employees are the sweetest people and I’ve had lovely conversations with many of them. They remember my name every time I go in and genuinely seem interested in me as a person and not just a sale. Even when they are running behind they always get me out the door to work in a timely fashion. My husband will try to get me to go to other Starbucks locations when we go on vacation but I make him stop at this one because of the employees. They are AWESOME“

“Closest bucks to my house and I couldn't be happier. My coffee is always perfect and the staff are always super friendly. “This is consistently the best Starbucks that I visit! The employees are always very friendly and efficient. I rarely have to wait a long time to get my order. I don't usually get food, so I can't speak on thay aspect. But every time I get a drink, it never disappoints! Always delicious! This Starbucks will continue to be my number one! “The young lady at the window was attentive. She noticed my ears were tearing due to allergies. She didn't ask any questions but handed me a napkin with a very kind smile, just in case.
And of course my latte was delish.“
“When I placed my mobile order. I ordered a Hot Blonde Vanilla Latte, however when my husband brought my order home it was iced. He doesn't understand the difference so he didn't know the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the location but no answer and I emailed customer service and no response as of yet.“
“When I get there it was so full of soldiers to be, I made a big line but they served very fast.
I get a nice bacon sandwich it was so amazing and the price better

“Stopped here for gas, restroom break, and of course coffee on a long road trip. The employees were very friendly and kind. I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato and it was the BEST one I’ve ever gotten at any Starbucks. My husband got drip coffee and said it tasted great and fresh. Thank you for the great service!“
“Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!“

“The Starbucks in the library opens early and closes late, Monday to Thursday 7:30-23:00, with slightly shorter opening hours on Fridays and weekends.Fully serving students in the library!But there are always queues all year round. Hahaha, the demand is very strong. It takes about 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get the coffee.However, the milk foam of the latte is not very delicate, and it is not a very good experience to drink it.But you can drink coffee at your seat, so basically everyone has a cup.Btw, by the way, the library has free wifi. Even if you are not a student, you can come in to work and study.There are quiet floors and floors where you can talk.It's a very, very good library“

Because I have become a regular they are familiar with my usual drink and will ask me before I make my request. They move swiftly and the quality of my order is always best.“
“I was holding a small business meeting today at this location (276 Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212) and our barista, Mariah, went ABOVE and beyond in her service. My daughter wanted a very unique cold drink (probably a TicTok trend) and not only did Mariah make it, she made little pup cup sized samples for me and the three ladies with me. She said SHE was curious about the taste herself! Way to go, Mariah. We will ALL be back!“
