“Typical Starbucks. Our drinks were prepared correctly and rather quickly. This location does not have a drive through, it would be a nightmare if it did, because of the shopping centers layout and traffic pattern.

Parking: Busy shopping area on second to last weekend before Christmas. The parking lot is already pretty tight, outside of the Christmas season.“

“Well, you know Starbucks is Starbucks There’s like one on every corner now they’re just like gas stations I’m still a rookie to Starbucks. I have no clue what to get today. I got a black coffee cold brew with caramel in it. I have to say it was pretty darn good. It was much better than the instant coffee I had drank earlier.“

This time of the year when the season gets cold I can order all the pumpkin coffee drinks I desire. “We're in town working at Ft Jackson for the last 2 months I have to have my venti iced latte from Starbucks EVERY morning if they want any work out of me 🤣 We usually just stop wherever we see SB or the one on base
Today, we found this store 🙌 😍 I was so touched and felt such pride to see your tribute to our SOLDIERS and POW/MIA. As the mother of an Iraqi War Veteran, that left home at 19 as my baby..... to return home as this 'old soul'. I have a deeper respect for SOLDIERS and the things they face. “Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian food options and vegan milk options, as well.

Kid-friendliness: This location is in a Target.“

“I use app order a lot at this location and i enjoy the matcha cold lattes, they're always made wonderfully and blended well, i also add extra scoops and they're always correct, service is always polite and professional as well.

“The barista on bar this morning with the face mask and black hat is a hoot. She'll chat with you like it's Sunday brunch with her friend and I love it! When she made my drink she asked if I was a "chai girly" and when I told her I never tried chai before she recommended me a hot chai with apple? Apparently it is her version of a "hug in a cup" and she could "feel" that I'm the type of person to "love a hug in cup form" that gave me a real chuckle! I'll definitely have to try her recommendation next time with such a sells pitch.“

“I am a fan of Stabrucks. The New CEO says the company is getting back to its roots. Well, I say this location has never left. Staff is friendly, And they still have the hand drawn chalk signs which are always lovely. I can tell they put effort into making this location comfy. I love coming here with my grandchillren and girlfriends. Double Smokerd Bacon is always a favorite.“

“When I get there it was so full of soldiers to be, I made a big line but they served very fast.
I get a nice bacon sandwich it was so amazing and the price better

“When I placed my mobile order. I ordered a Hot Blonde Vanilla Latte, however when my husband brought my order home it was iced. He doesn't understand the difference so he didn't know the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the location but no answer and I emailed customer service and no response as of yet.“

Info: they will only fill up your starbucks 3/4 the way because that's what a venti size covers. Waste to buy the starbucks cups.

Also, they stated they can no longer refill personal cups once you receive the initial coffee because the cup is now dirty.
So we are limited to one drink, venti size per starbucks cup daily, unless you run home clean it and then come back. I started keeping to cups in my car and extra creamer at the office to fill up my cup. No need to buy Starbucks cups unless it's a collection thing. No incentive.

“Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!“

“We always love this location, but the few times we have recently gone, the atmosphere is quickly shifted. We don’t know if they're management but one young lady has blue hair and the other wears a hijab, and they come off rude and abrasive. Today we saw it towards the other employees. These ladies may not realize it but they take the atmosphere way down. Even some of the employees moods completely changed. Customer service at anytime is important, and especially on a busy Saturday. Work days can be rough but kindness cost nothing.“

“I always have a positive experience with this group. I usually grab my Starbucks in the morning and the morning crew is always an absolute pleasure. Because I have become a regular they are familiar with my usual drink and will ask me before I make my request. They move swiftly and the quality of my order is always best.“

I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato and it was the BEST one I’ve ever gotten at any Starbucks. My husband got drip coffee and said it tasted great and fresh. Thank you for the great service!“
