Starbucks is a coffee shop located on a long road trip. The employees are friendly and kind. A customer ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato, which was the best they've ever had. Another customer enjoyed the great and fresh drip coffee. The baristas are pleasant and cheerful, making the experience enjoyable. However, one customer was frustrated to find that coffee wasn't ready at opening time and had to wait. They also wished to add their cream and sugar.
