During my visit to this Starbucks on Friday Nov.15th 2024 I ordered an ice coffee and Banana Walnut bread(warmed). When my items were received, my coffee tasted like watered down coffee & the bread wasn't warm. I informed the Barista(Blonde w/pig tails). She grabbed the cup, & immediately turned her back to whisper it to her colleague(dark hair, glasses, pink highlights). That person then walked over to me at the counter…So I expressed my concerns. I am a fan of Stabrucks. The New CEO says the company is getting back to its roots. Well, I say this location has never left. Staff is friendly, And they still have the hand drawn chalk signs which are always lovely. I can tell they put effort into making this location comfy. I love coming here with my grandchillren and girlfriends. Double Smokerd Bacon is always a favorite.

I was on a long journey that day needed to stop for something to drink and they offered me a free water in lieu of coffee since it was a hot day and they didn't want me to have a heat stroke!!!!!
