Today 09/04/2020 at 11:41am, MS. TAWANDA the “manager” if that’s even her real name gave the most horrible experience. I have never seen an employee argue with the customer because mistakes (plural, meaning multiple) by her staff has made. She blamed it on they are training but how can you train someone with the attitude and disgust you provided today. I let you know there were 3 things wrong and immediately got an attitude to look for my receipt. You didn’t ring it up...read full review
The service was slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order. The bathroom liked and smell like it hadn’t be cleaned in days. Bad bad bad so disappointed

Wendy's offers a mixed dining experience. While the drive-thru can be slow, the in-store service is generally faster and the food is well-presented. Customers praise the excellent customer service. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always nice and polite. The drive thru always has friendly workers and service is always satisfactory and prompt. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and the fountain soda machine choices can be disappointing.
