Food is very good. Delicious burgers and the Honey Chicken Wings are great! But the service at this location is terrible. It takes a long time to even get acknowledged and then it takes forever to get your order, even if the place is empty.
I love Whataburger because they have options not available at most fast food restaurants. They have a very good grilled chicken sandwich and they have a grilled chicken salad for the salad.
There seem to be a lot of fans of What-a-Burger. My first visit I found the lobby and ordering confusing and the process slow. Went back to my car and used the drive thru, which was also slow. I ordered the original sandwich and when I finally received it found myself unimpressed by a hamburger that didn't have any taste. Bland, actually. I won't go back, but as I said, a lot of people like it, so I assume my lack of excitement is me, not the restaurant.
