Great food and prices! The restaurants are always clean and the customer service is fantastic 🙂
This is about the location in High Point, NC, Restaurant # 1584:
Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail).
I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.

Food is always good I have yet to get something I didn’t like. Employees and Mr. Howard are very friendly. My favorite place to get a burger!

Whataburger offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. Customers praise the clean seating areas, though some have mentioned long wait times. The food is usually fresh and hot, with special mentions for the burgers prepared by Daniel and the prickly pear lemonade. The Sweet and Spicy Burger is a recommended menu item. However, there have been reports of food being served lukewarm, and some customers have noted that their orders took longer than expected. Despite these issues, the staff, particularly the manager September, has been recognized for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even offering compensation for long waits. Overall, many customers continue to have great experiences at this location, valuing the efforts made to make their visits enjoyable.
