“One of my chicken sandwiches was not in there and they made it right. Very nice staff and manager. The chocolate custard was great. The only partially wrong was several of the staff was wandering around and gathered at one of the registers.“

“Stopped in tonight on our long drive home to Athens. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly young woman. The store was clean and the bathroom was clean. I wish a lot more Arby’s were like this one. Whoever the young woman is that was working tonight needs to be recognized for her outstanding attitude! Great job!“

“Had the spicy chicken biscuits. It was good, the chicken was a crazy thick piece and crispy. The biscuit was great, classic southern butter biscuit. The hashbrown was okay, it was crispy but not burnt, however, it didn’t have much seasoning but that’s okay ketchup helps lol. There was no line so that was nice to get in and out fast. Definitely will be back to try more options.

“Placed my order at drive thru. Order includdd plain biscuit(1.69) she rang up jelly biscuit(1.89). When I pulled up and asked her to correct it she huffed and gave attitude. She called Annie(who is absolutely awesome)to fix the issue and she did. When she handed me my drink and food she never spoke to me or said anything. Just shut window in my face. This is a white older lady. This location always has the best customer service and friendliness but this lady failed.“

“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

“They have the best biscuits around. I always order a Buttered Biscuit and because the biscuits are a good size you really need enough butter on it to enjoy it. The biscuit that morning was awesome. I want to go anywhere else if you're looking for a good biscuit“

“Absolutely the best Subway around! My subs are ALWAYS perfect. I order online so I'm not present while they are being made. However, I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I've purchased there. The employees are respectful and courteous.“
