“Be careful ordering on the app. They use door dash as a delivery service (3rd party delivery service). You may get your order delivered, may not. Then you wont be able to get a refund because apparently no one knows how to do that at Tropical Smothie or Doordash.“

“First time trying Health in Hand yesterday. I wasn't feeling good and hadn't had anything to eat so I stopped and tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie with chocolate protein. I can definitely say this will be my go-to for smoothies from now on! Best smoothie I've ever had! Everything sounded great and healthy and I love the fact that it's a local, small business that uses locally sourced ingredients.“

“I made a custom bowl and it tasted amazing. It was a fusion of citrus, sweet and sour flavors. The service was very fast and the attenant was helpful in explaining the menu. I did notice an almond in my bowl which I did not order so please make sure you make it clear if you have a nut allergy. The overall atmosphere was clean and simple.“

“Finally providing a review for this wonderful business. We are definitely regulars. My granddaughter would be there every day, if I allowed her. Not only because of the delicious treats but also for the kind and caring service provided. Always so neat, clean and welcoming. A wide variety of great yogurts/toppings and other treats. “I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. “I come to this location at least once a week. I’ve gone to the other location in Five Forks because I work about half way between the locations, but I like the way my bowl is prepared at this location. Monique does a great job keeping my bowl from spilling over when I open it but it still feels full as well. Perfectly made every time by Monique. Also, the base always seems more frozen at this location.“
