“First time trying Health in Hand yesterday. I wasn't feeling good and hadn't had anything to eat so I stopped and tried the peanut butter and banana smoothie with chocolate protein. I can definitely say this will be my go-to for smoothies from now on! Best smoothie I've ever had! Everything sounded great and healthy and I love the fact that it's a local, small business that uses locally sourced ingredients.“

“I made a custom bowl and it tasted amazing. It was a fusion of citrus, sweet and sour flavors. The service was very fast and the attenant was helpful in explaining the menu. I did notice an almond in my bowl which I did not order so please make sure you make it clear if you have a nut allergy. The overall atmosphere was clean and simple.“

“Great little FroYo place. Love that they have a Sugar Free option at all times (vanilla) and healthful toppings options. Also nice that they have a rewards program, so it is easy to earn free treats. Clean and cute/whimsical inside. They also make frozen coffees, bubble waffles, and waffle bowls/cones. “I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. The smoothie was awesome!!!“

“I come to this location at least once a week. I’ve gone to the other location in Five Forks because I work about half way between the locations, but I like the way my bowl is prepared at this location. Monique does a great job keeping my bowl from spilling over when I open it but it still feels full as well. Perfectly made every time by Monique. Also, the base always seems more frozen at this location.“
