“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

“The Mason Jar always come through! Granted we are there once or twice a week, we needed to get out yesterday and find a place to do some with our internet out. Thank you, co-owner Heather, for letting us set up shop by the windows where we enjoyed a light lunch and a couple of rounds. We have NEVER had a bad time, meal, or experience, and while we appreciate the whole team, we love co-owner Eddie, bartender Danielle, Amanda, sweet Lilah, and Jen. You will, too! Wheelchair accessibility: The front and side of the store have handicap parking right next to the front and side doors! If you come alone and need help the staff will come help you! The customers will too! This is a neighborhood favorite hangout! We all friendly!“
