There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is a hearty walk to the restaurant's entrance. The food was generally good. My girlfriend got the Portebello Mushroom appetizer and I had a small house salad for staters. The mushrooms were over breaded, which detracted from the dish. The salad was OK, but could have been fresher, Our main entrees were very good. My girlfriend had the Ahi Tuna and I had the Gentlemans cut sliced pork fillet. For dessert, my girlfriend enjoyed the "Pillow Talk." Our server was very professional and helpful, The atmosphere was ok. The restaurant is good, however for the high-end price point, I believe that there are better options.“

“Had the Mongolian Beef w Brown Rice...perfectly cooked, tender, tasty and a good portion. A tad expensive for fast food but I had to try this restaurant. Very polite waitress, and friendly owner. I'd recommend it enough that I plan on a Second Helping (visit)?“

“My wife and son had dinner with me here Saturday night. We were presently surprised at our good the food was. We had crab cakes, sliders, Cajan pasta, and great drinks. Jackie the owner came out after cooking our meal to greet us. What a wonderful and very interesting lady. We highly recommend eating at the Crate!“

Unfortunately, my steak, bone in ribeye, had so much gristle that I could not chew the majority of my steak. I carried half of it home , only to find threads of gristle in the meat. I threw it away. My wife enjoyed her meal. She had the petite filet, it was perfect. We enjoyed the evening but we were greatly disappointed in the ribeye.“

Attentive and caring about our experience. If you are looking for Italian food I recommend this place highly and will come here whenever we want pasta!“

“Hidden gem from what I could tell. Cocktails made to perfect and at a great price! I had the flounder and shrimp and it was cooked to perfection ! Light and flakey on the inside and crisp on outside ! The salad was huge and crisp and fresh. The honey butter croissant was the perfect addition!“
