Starbucks in Florence

“There is chocolate crisp inside which I don't like! I told her I wanted peanut crumbs... It's still delicious! Just drink it as soon as possible. Otherwise the chocolate crisp will melt. It's a bit disgusting.. Still give 4 stars. The staff made a mistake except for the chocolate! The service is good. With a smile!. Thanks for being respected!“

“The staff here are not your traditional Starbucks employees, they are rockstars and I really mean it! You walk into an atmosphere with some modern punk music playing, the friendliest management and staff including my favorites: Tyler, rocky, Javier, and Iris! The experience alone is worth the trip, add in your daily caffeine that you know you need, topped off by the friendliest staff. This Starbucks is unbeatable! Rock on!“

“I went through the drive thru but I am sure that it all should be five stars!!! I travel from state to state for work and have visited several Starbucks, but this one is the BEST!! You have a great team!! I wish I had got the guys name that jumped in when I didn’t know what new drink to get, but he was AMAZING! He fixed me a caramel Brulé and it was delicious!!! Keep putting customers first!!!“
