I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
I’ve been to Hardee’s a thousand times and have always enjoyed the food, so when I had the opportunity to take my son to one I had to make it happen, as we are from S. Florida and there are no Hardee’s. We were in S. Carolina on a little trip and stopped in the location in Fort Mill. From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted. When we arrived the staff was busy with filling orders for a basketball team. They were worked diligently as a team to prepare orders as well as work the drive through as well as the counter. Zikeya, Anastasia, and Heath work well under pressure and were very polite in this process. This was impressive to witness especially in today’s world where service and friendliness have diminished in many places. Well done!! Your work ethic and demeanor was impressive!!!

Hardee's is a fast food restaurant known for its friendly service and clean atmosphere. Many customers appreciate the excellent drive-thru experience, highlighting how staff members are quick, patient, and genuinely nice. One customer even shared a touching story about how the staff brightened their day during a difficult time. The food is often praised for being delicious and better than competitors like McDonald's. However, some reviews mention issues with breakfast, such as burnt biscuits and poor customer service, including staff not maintaining hygiene standards. Overall, while the location has its strengths in service and food quality, there are areas that need improvement, particularly during breakfast hours.
