“I like this location. It seems their recipes are very consistent and it doesn’t depend on who is working. The teas taste great. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill location.“

They are always accommodating to our needs and requests. The restaurant itself is always clean and the team there is very nice.“

“First the atmosphere. You can't beat a greeting from genuinely friendly people. They never seemed to tire from my endless questions. Always patient they never missed on their suggestions. The drinks here look like art work and I've tried many. While I probably wouldn't order some again there was never an issue with quality. They have plenty of teas I could endorse no problem. Drink the Vietnamese coffee of you want to ditch a certain coffe shop. I make the excuse of bringing my son so I can go twice a day sometimes. I'm so glad they are here to offer something different and delicious. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. If you're not sure what to order they are more than happy to help. I would give 100 stars if possible!!!!“

The smoothies are delicious, fresh, and perfect for a post-workout or mid-day pick-me-up. The store is clean and welcoming, and they always have great recommendations if you’re not sure what to try. “Always a pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie on 11318 N. Community House Rd in Ballantyne. Acai Bowls and Smoothies prepared accurately, and the workers are always working, and not just standing around like the TS on 4015 Corning Place near Mountain Island Lake. They are also very efficient. My primary go to is the one on N. Community House even if I have to go out of the way.“

However, I was in town and decided to get a smoothie. Upon walking, I was greeted by Carrie. She was professional and made you feel welcome. This wasn't the case with the previous staff, who were there every time I went. She took my order and made my favorite smoothie (Lemon Twist Strawberry).“
