“Tony’s Pizza absolutely nails the basics. The pizza is delicious, the service is efficient, and it’s one of our go-to spots when we want something reliably good without the wait.

That said… when you ask for extra toppings, Tony’s seems to guard them like weird little goblins protecting their treasure. Extra cheese? Looks exactly the same. Extra Canadian bacon? Apparently Canada is experiencing a shortage. Somewhere, a single slice of ham is being carefully rationed.

Still, the pizza itself is great — just don’t come in expecting your “extra” toppings to look or feel particularly extra. Solid pizza, solid service… just loosen the topping vault a little.“

“Liz Barwick and I were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to check out Giovanni's on a whim as it was a short walk away. What a fantastic decision this ended up being! There was a short wait for a table (less than half an hour) but that makes complete sense given the relatively small but very inviting interior space. It all feels very cozy and intimate. Service was excellent start to finish. The host made us feel welcome and accommodated, the Owner/Manager went over the specials and gave us a quick rundown on the options available, our server was prompt and very friendly, and we were never left wanting at any step in the experience. The food was all fantastic as well! We split an order of Calamari in sauce and fried mozzarella as a starter (both delicious) and for mains Liz had the Chicken Alfredo while I had a Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli special. Both of these were incredible and the ravioli dish was served with a flavorful oil and a small basket of bread to soak it up so as to not let a bit go to waste. We also had the Tiramisu as a takeout and it was on the same high level as everything else that we experienced! Overall I cannot recommend Giovanni's enough to anyone looking to have an intimate, traditional Italian experience in the Greenville area and will be coming again in the future!“

“Tried many pizzas in Greenville area. This is the best. Crust thin but not cracker thin like others. Crust delicious, not tasteless nor too sweet. Just right. Sauce rich tasting. Pepperoni thinly sliced. Due to my dairy allergy they still were willing to make half the pie no cheese and because of their delicious sauce and layer of thin pepperoni I didn’t miss the cheese which my husband loved. “I love the seasonal Swordfish & Pumpkin Ravioli meal & have it twice every year at. Bonefish. I explicitly while ordering stated that I did not want dry overcooked swordfish requesting it to be very moist in the filet. Either the request was ignored by the waiter or the cook, but I got very overcooked dry swordfish. While requesting to have it replaced, the waiter switched mine with another's at our table on the premise that the other one was the moist entree. Now two of us have dry swordfish & we have Sunday School in 40 minutes, so our group ate crappy swordfish. I might not return. Extremely dissatisfied.“

“Saffron Indian cuisine has delicious, authentic Indian food. The lunch specials are great, and filled with options for everyone. I was able to make two meals out of mine due to the portion size. The pakora is fantastic and the lamb in my korma was tender and cooked well. I also took home a meal for a friend (mango chicken with pakora appetizer) who said it was fantastic. Nothing was overcooked and the spice level was perfect. Would definitely recommend!“

“Like a previous reviewer, we had driven by several times and never stopped. We were looking for takeout tonight and decided to give Smoky Dreams a try. We were not disappointed! Everything was delicious and just the way we would like it. We had the brisket, sweet potato casserole, and coleslaw, all of which were yummy. Even the iced tea was perfect . We will definitely be going back. Miles was especially helpful.“

“After the snow postponed a birthday celebration we had to scramble quickly to find a location to host a surprise party. From the first call the staff at The Flat was extremely accomodating for our party of around 50 people. They assured us they would bring in additional servers and made sure to reserve space, allowing a few decorations to be placed as well. Our group moves about but the staff never left any drink empty or anyone hungry, diving right in to the crowd to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the food, drink selection and service that always had a smile. Thank you for a wonderful evening!“

Garnet went above and beyond—she met us at the venue earlier in the week, helped plan the entire reception layout, and even rolled up her sleeves to move tables so everything would flow smoothly. On the wedding day, she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect.

The team she brought was equally amazing. They served passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, had a carving station, plus three other stations that made it easy for guests to mingle and enjoy the food. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious.
