“Today, I was suggested to try Stella's while I was here on a work trip. I always love to try local restaurants. This was the most incredible experience I've had yet. I started my experience with the bread basket and it didn't disappoint! The bread was perfectly grilled and the tomato butter was amazing. My go to meal is always shrimp and grits. Stella's shrimp and grits are the most wonderful ones I have ever had and that says a lot. The grits were incredibly creamy, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, the bacon gave an amazing smokey and crunch, and the tomato sauce was just the icing on the cake. You must save a piece of the bread and dip in the shrimp and grits. You'll kick yourself if you don't. I finished the meal with a creme brulee. It is my absolute favorite dessert. This restaurant will not disappoint.“

“Like a previous reviewer, we had driven by several times and never stopped. We were looking for takeout tonight and decided to give Smoky Dreams a try. We were not disappointed! Everything was delicious and just the way we would like it. We had the brisket, sweet potato casserole, and coleslaw, all of which were yummy. Even the iced tea was perfect . We will definitely be going back. Miles was especially helpful.“

We ordered the four cheese spinach dip for an appetizer and I had ordered the Korean ribeye for my meal. It was really good, especially the fires that come with it. “This was my first time eating here. I had a goat cheese, pepper jelly, chicken biscuit that was quite tasty. Don't think I'd get the hash browns again but the sauce they served with them was good. Only gave service a 4 star as it's really a serve yourself as you order, they call you when it's ready. Also, self serve coffee and drink bar but food was ready quick.“

The fish was flaky and lightly breaded, the fries were the type with some kind of coating that makes them crispy (not my favorite type of fries). The burger was huge, cooked to order, and piping hot. Tater tots were standard variety. Good place for an American dinner and affordable prices. Recommended.“

“After the snow postponed a birthday celebration we had to scramble quickly to find a location to host a surprise party. From the first call the staff at The Flat was extremely accomodating for our party of around 50 people. They assured us they would bring in additional servers and made sure to reserve space, allowing a few decorations to be placed as well. Our group moves about but the staff never left any drink empty or anyone hungry, diving right in to the crowd to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the food, drink selection and service that always had a smile. Thank you for a wonderful evening!“

“This place is phenomenal. Truly some quality Chinese food in a nice setting with great service and atmosphere. We went on a Friday night for dinner. Good selection of drinks. We ordered the lychee martini and some sake and both were great. For apps, we ordered the veg spring rolls, pan fried veg dumplings, and tempura green beans. When I tell you these are the best tempura green beans you will ever eat I am not kidding. We ordered a second order at the end of our meal because they were so good. Solid dumplings and good spring rolls. For the entrees, we ordered a veg lo mein, a veg fried rice, spicy sautéed green beans, and the garlic tofu. All excellent taste and portion sizes - no complaints at all. If you like spicy food, order at least a 2* on their scale. If I find myself in this area again, I will most certainly return!“
