Table and windows sills were dirty. Food was delivered to our table and tasty. Huge, clean bathroom. I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu for the 1st time. It was hot, melted cheese, and (what tasted like) Boar Head ham. Nice thinly sliced ham, but piled high. Definitely a winner! Yum
Napkins and condiments. All I got to say.I know things cost money.But for what you charge you can absorb a little of the cost...
The new cheesesteak is delicious!

Arby's in Goose Creek, South Carolina may need some maintenance work, but the staff, including Shonda, Ty, and Antwanne, make up for it. The store could use a deep cleaning, with mold, peeling paint, and dirty floors. However, the place was fairly clean upon entering, and it is very roomy. One customer wasn't impressed with the French dip sandwich but enjoyed the Mac n cheese bites and root beer. Another customer praised Shonda for her exceptional service, despite a mistake with the sandwich. Shonda's kindness, helpfulness, and patience made the dining experience worthwhile. Ty is noted for her upbeat personality and ability to assist with selections, while Antwanne provides top-tier customer service. Overall, Arby's seems to have its ups and downs, with room for improvement in cleanliness, food quality, and service, but shining through it all is the exceptional customer service provided by employees like Shonda, Ty, and Antwanne.
