Dairy Queen Reviews
I went to Dairy Queen last night with my granddaughter, son and husband. The blizzards were awful! They were not blended..the toppings were just sitting on top. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told to that I was speaking to him. I explained that the blizzards were not good and that maybe he should teach the young girl how to make them. He said “I’ll pass it on” and hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name and he replied with “scrotum”.
I’ve tried several times over the last week to go by and get desert and every single time I’ve been told there is no ice cream. DQ is known for its ice cream so why is there no ice cream?? This is always happening in the evening!!
I hate doing this, but.. I'm really tired of going to this location only to not be able to get in to dining room during posted business hours. The Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a pleasant drive-thru experience, with the food usually prepared as ordered. The cotton candy blizzard is a popular choice, and the service can be hit or miss, with some customers reporting issues. However, the restaurant provides great value for the money.
The restaurant has expanded its menu, offering a variety of options. Customers have praised the chicken tender platter, which comes with crispy and flavorful tenders, as well as the onion rings and pretzel sticks with queso, which are described as hot, crispy, and delicious. The ice cream cakes are also a highlight, with a good selection of flavors and designs to choose from.
Despite occasional issues with wait times and the temperature inside the restaurant, which some find a bit too cold, the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill continues to offer a satisfying dining experience, with good food and great value.
