Good. The food is good and the blizzards are great. Always clean, and the service is always good. I will note that it's always freezing inside. I know they have to do that but it does get a little annoying. Overall good though.
The food tasted great, to me at least. My mom didn't like hers so much. But the service was absolutely terrible. Tried asking for napkins and all the girl did was point, then had to go ask for spoons and she turned around rolling her eyes. Never got the spoons either.
I'm giving it five stars because it's a great value. I'v read a good bit of reviews so decided to wait to write mine. This is my 5th visit. And I've been impressed every time. A fast food restaurant with professional and very polite employees. I'm not a fan of the lobby closing during late night, but I understand.
