“We had dinner at Dragon Palace on Daniel Island this evening, and it was probably the best Chinese food I’ve had in the Charleston area. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The sesame chicken was excellent, the pork dumplings and crab puffs were delicious, and the soups were a great way to start the meal.
Our waitress, Skyla, did a fantastic job. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
If you’re looking for great Chinese food around Charleston, I’d definitely recommend giving Dragon Palace a try. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Great experience today as my family and I ate off the appetizer menu. The appetizers were delicious and Mary who was the manager on duty is fantastic. She really cares about customers satisfaction and she represents the Darden branding well. Savannah was our server and she is very cognizant of her customers and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re pleased.“

“I'm a huge fan of this place! Every time I have a day off, I head to Walmart to pick up some groceries and always grab takeout from here. The portions are generous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is unique and seems to focus more on takeout, which makes sense to me.“

“Listen- Is the atmosphere the best? No- it's covered in plastic and old liquor boxes. There's no place to sit and eat.
But who cares? The food is absolutely some of the best take out I've ever had. Full of flavor and *generous* portions. One container of orange chicken lasts me three days.“

“I placed a delivery order for my daughter and I. Normally I would pick it up, but my husband was gone for the evening, and I cannot currently drive due to a medical issue. Anyway, I placed the order and tracked it once it was picked up (I guess Asia Express uses a third-party for deliveries - in this case it was Uber Eats), only to receive a call when the driver was supposedly very close to my house (I say that because the tracking did NOT indicate that). Anyway, the driver stated she had been in an accident and said I could either come get the food from where she was or call to cancel the order. As soon as we hung up I called the restaurant to let them know, and they knew nothing about it. I gave them the number the driver called from (at their request), but I was told when they called me back they could not reach her. The restaurant was so kind to make the order again and send one of their employees to deliver it to my house. I thought that was a great gesture on their part. I have ordered from them many times in the past, and today's experience ensures I will continue to do so. Thank you, Asia Express!“
