There were rude I was here to pick up a DoorDash order and the manager and worker kept talking about my look and stuff it’s not your job to judge how I look it ur job to make the food and things done I was respectful I told my fiancé to let’s go I sadly unassigned the guys order and left immediately!
Today 02/10/24, my family went to this Bojangles location. I ordered breakfast on the app at 9:50, my food was supposed to be ready by 10:20 upon my arrival I was told to call to let them know I was there I called and they said few minutes 30min passed nothing I went inside with my daughter and asked kindly this young man was nice he helped but his manager came and started being rude fading his voice at me with attitude for no reason he was upset the young man was giving me new...read full review

I’m giving three stars to acknowledge those in this location who are actually trying to do their job well. The W Faris Road Bojangles is a hit or miss. A crapshoot. It has several issues that really need to be addressed. I’ve only used the drive-through. (Never been inside.)
