“We have had two wonderful experiences at this First Watch. Excellent food and service and highly recommend. However, what I do NOT recommend is purchasing gift cards from the company’s online website. We ordered one as a gift on 12/2 and it was to be mailed. Our credit card was charged on 12/2, but as of today, it has still NOT been shipped. We called and it was difficult to completely understand the lady on the phone. She said she would have them “reship” even though we can see it was NEVER sent in the first place. Confirmation number was given when pressed but it was the same as order number. Now, we are left unsure if it will ever arrive. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.“

“We attended the under the sea breakfast event with Ariel and Prince Eric and it was phenomenal! The staff at Eggs up grill and the characters were so friendly and fun to interact with. The food was delicious! The manager was very present and active in the dining room. Overall a great dining experience! We drove from Boiling Springs specifically for this experience and would make the trip again!“

“We absolutely love Stax! The servers are always friendly and on top of customer service, keeping drinks filled and bring food out timely. We have always enjoyed any dish we have ordered but a favorite is the chicken parm. It’s massive so be ready!“

“This was my first visit and it was outstanding! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious with outrageous chicken biscuits, waffles & tenders, biscuits with gravy, and the hashbrowns were unbelievable! Not to mention, they fresh squeeze orange juice to order and please the fruit tea punch, perfect for a humid morning. Most definitely coming back!“

“I've tried eating here a few times at night, they never get the order right due to not writing it down.Waited and waited on service for way longer than I should have. They served to go orders that were taken after mine and got them ready. we work close by and myself and my co workers spend a lot of money there several times a week. The day shift is awesome but your night shift needs to be replaced. The next time your cook has something to say, tell her to bring to the parking lot, I can be just as nasty and rude as she was! I know a lot of people that work around here between food and health care and I will be encouraging them to spend their money where people appreciate their customers! Do better! I've worked catering for years and had to cook and could still get more orders out than that. I'm also calling DHEC for leaving the refrigerator open way too long, letting the Temps rise higher than they are supposed too.“

“Servers were efficient and personable with a good sense of humor! Most of the food was very good, we were just slightly disappointed in the pancakes and the sauce was missing from the breakfast burrito. Overall, very happy to have a good IHOP nearby again (just moved to town).“

“The staff was so nice and personable. I didn’t feel like they were just cooks and waitresses - they felt like friends I just haven’t seen in a long time. The food of course was better than I remembered - mainly because I didn’t remember a lot of the visits when I used to eat there as an early 20 something 😆“

“You can never go wrong with Waffle House. The location we went to, we will never go back to that one. While our waitress was great everyone else was not. Food came at different times and was cold. There was no team work at this location compared to the other locations.“

“This place is awesome. Let me start by saying that they close the dining room earlier than they close. We came with a large party after a concert and they were gracious enough to take us on and the service was on point. The food was wonderful. We left a good tip for them being welcoming and accommodating. I just want to say thank you if you were working that night. We truly appreciate you!!! The employees seemed to get along and worked well together and we're laughing and cutting up with one another and the restaurant was clean. I give 10 stars!“
