The food is what you’d expect at a firehouse subs, but this location disappoints as it lacks changing tables in the restrooms. If you are a restaurant owner and have a kids’ menu and/or high chairs (AND Dalmatian spotted tables AND firehats for children), a changing table is a must. I walked into a huge women’s room to find no changing table, and was tempted to change my child’s diaper on the empty countertop near the drink station! Please install two - one in each restroom.
Not as good as it used to be. But better than current expectations. Quality of product and employees has dropped drastically in past 5 years. I would make it a point to get Firehouse up to 3 times a week yrs ago. Now I only get it when someone else wants it.

Got a Steamer and always good at Firehouse... We were traveling from out of town and stopped here.The young boy named Josh working and serving was an absolute pleasure... Josh made us feel welcome and was just a model of efficiency...His service gave Firehouse a solid 4★..Thank you Josh and thank you Firehouse... Highly Recommend and we will be back..... P.S. Give Josh a raise he definitely deserves it .
