Had my Birthday dinner with family on Jan 9th 2025. Had 10 total....8 adults and 2 small kids. Our dining room was empty and never experienced slow service like this in a Ruths Chris restaurant. Took forever to get our order. Everyone's food was good but when you paying this much for food and service....both are expected. Stay away from this Ruth Chris. We made a dinner reservation on New Years Eve and upon arrival was told they were "running behind". After waiting for over ONE HOUR we still had no table and decided to leave. Manager offered no phone call ahead of time to warn us, no apology, no comp glass of wine during the wait or even a promise to seat us by a certain time.
