“This McDonalds used to have terrible staff who were rude and ghetto, they always messed up orders and were extremely argumentative and ignorant. Now, it seems like they got brand new staff members who are polite and make you enjoy going there.“
“Fast food restaurants have slide to an all time low,ie, long wait lines, poor or lack of service, poor quality food. This McDonalds, I guess under new management, had the shortest wait time, (like the good old days), that I've experienced in years. The staff didn't seem stressed, were courteous and got the order right.“
“This is definitely the best Greenwood McDonald's for whatever that's worth.
The food ranges from freshly cooked/great (normally during early lunch/breakfast) to stale/terrible (late lunch/evenings) though the quality can be very inconsistent at any time. When it's good, it's REALLY good but when it's bad, you basically just wasted your money.
Management is pretty good but employees can range from not caring to awesome (they've recently hired some very good lunchtime workers).
It's McDonald's so you know what to expect but this is definitely among the better of them overall.“
