“We’ve taken out from this location a few times now; it seems the best one in the area. Food is always good. We get the South of the Border rice bowls, so can’t speak specifically of any other item.

A bit ago my wife picked up an order and got home and they forgot all the chicken. Was a new worker, guy on phone was so apologetic and nice, put our info down and said next visit we can have anything we want for free….4 bowls, sides, drinks, etc, whatever. I said all that was not necessary but appreciated it. Fast forward to now, we’ve been traveling a lot so haven’t been in for a couple of months. I call up and they have no record of our info. I don’t think that guy worked there anymore, and for what he offered I can understand why…lol But the guy on the phone was very nice and said it was fine, but had to check with the boss. Came back, it was OK’ed, and we got two small bowls free. Very nice considering he was just taking my word. We’ll definitely return.“

“My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I was hungry. My visa gift card was not working. Someone, I am guessing a manager seen me stressing out because the card was not working and they gave me my meal. I almost started crying in the middle of the airport.“

“We finally got to try this fantastic restaurant.. two thumbs up 👍👍 we had the lunch special which comes with soup as well. I had the Mongolian beef and hot and sour soup.. my husband had the Peking chicken with hot and sour soup and an eggroll their sauce is homemade and the hot mustard was made from scratch using horseradish.... “Wow is an understatement. Best chicken sandwhichs hands down. Cheesy fries and mac n cheese the options were endless. However, I found a problem. my husband will be requesting this again and we live 30 minutes away. So I will take this does a win because he is so picky! Spicy chicken for the win!“

“They have the best biscuits around. I always order a Buttered Biscuit and because the biscuits are a good size you really need enough butter on it to enjoy it. The biscuit that morning was awesome. I want to go anywhere else if you're looking for a good biscuit“

“This place got me through tons of cravings over these last few months. The service and staff are wonderful, and the drive through experience is quick and painless. Unfortunately I think they might be officially out of the old waffle fries and have switched over to the reformulated waffle fries that have a starchy texture to them despite the nice crisp that the reform was trying to accomplish. It’s a noticeable enough difference that my cravings are completely gone now 😬“

“Good chicken and fries. Great sauces. The service is always fine but not extraordinary. If you go when it's busy, expect long waits, even if you order ahead. The dining room isn't very inviting, very uncomfortable seating. It's definitely more of a drive thru/take-out place.
Wish they'd give more sauce (1 sauce for five tenders is wild) and let you pick up online orders in the drive thru. But overall, it's consistently good and we pick up tenders to go every few months.“

“Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!

“Loved the food, and the service exceptional. Parking not so great, especially during busy hours. Parking lot full, except for the parking for chikfila delivery only section which was completely empty. Probably better utilized for customers.“
