“I was surprised at how cramped the drive-thru was at this location. There was a little bit of difficulty when switching from the two-lanes order-taking area down to the one-lane pick-up zone. Also, it was a bit complicated to leave the parking lot as you must cut across order-taking lanes and the cars exiting the parking lot. But the real problem was with the biscuit from my spicy chicken biscuit. It was tasty but crumbled all over my clothes and car interior. I was left with the delicious chicken meat and about 1/3 of the biscuit to eat. We love Chick-fil-A and I will go back when I'm in that area. But I think I'll skip the biscuits from now on.“

“We’ve taken out from this location a few times now; it seems the best one in the area. Food is always good. We get the South of the Border rice bowls, so can’t speak specifically of any other item.

A bit ago my wife picked up an order and got home and they forgot all the chicken. Was a new worker, guy on phone was so apologetic and nice, put our info down and said next visit we can have anything we want for free….4 bowls, sides, drinks, etc, whatever. I said all that was not necessary but appreciated it. Fast forward to now, we’ve been traveling a lot so haven’t been in for a couple of months. I call up and they have no record of our info. I don’t think that guy worked there anymore, and for what he offered I can understand why…lol But the guy on the phone was very nice and said it was fine, but had to check with the boss. Came back, it was OK’ed, and we got two small bowls free. Very nice considering he was just taking my word. We’ll definitely return.“

“This airport has lots of food options, especially at 5AM! This Chick Fil A was one of them. Decent service, they made and provided my food quicker than I could complete my sale, something the location at DCA could learn to do! My spicy chicken biscuit was tasty and piping hot. Definitely would recommend stopping in!“

“We finally got to try this fantastic restaurant.. two thumbs up 👍👍 we had the lunch special which comes with soup as well. I had the Mongolian beef and hot and sour soup.. my husband had the Peking chicken with hot and sour soup and an eggroll their sauce is homemade and the hot mustard was made from scratch using horseradish.... We will be back for more . great staff and friendly service“
