I understand being short staffed but this Zaxby’s has the laziest employees. We waited in line for 15 minutes. No one even acknowledged us. We got out of line to take our business elsewhere and the drive thru crew was standing up against the drive thru window with their arms folded!
I work near this Zaxbys but I would not recommend it. I have finally had enough. I went through the drive thru and it took 38 minutes.Last time 25 minutes. They have messed up my order 3 of the last 5 times. Enough I'd enough.
This drive through is the slowest of any I’ve ever been to. Waiting 20 minutes to order, and only 3 cars in front of us.
