They corrected my fried mater order and, after calling me and saying they couldn’t, were able to give us All Flats (very nice surprise), which is hard to find nowadays. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! “Fast, friendly, good food. Live music occasionally on Saturday nights outside. Only ever sat at the bar but the bar staff is pretty on point. Food is exactly what it says it is but I think it's delicious. It aint Halls so if thats what youre looking for, youre in the wrong spot but that doesnt mean it isnt tasty because it absolutely is. There are a million TVs for sports. Covered and fanned outside area. It'd be hard to beat this local spot. Also the beer selection is decent and the AC works.“

That's not improved and you're waitresses/bartenders don't even mention the food specials anymore. The food is excellent though.

“By far my favorite bar. I’ve been going here for years and have never been to a place quite like it. It’s my favorite spot for a night out dancing or just a drink with friends. I have always felt safe here as a queer person and know the staff will always have our backs to ensure our safety and wellbeing. My trans friends feel the most comfortable coming to this bar because of how amazing the staff is and the community within the establishment. I adore coming in to see Conner and David at the bar and they truly make my night. I will always recommend rec room to anyone that will listen. Thanks for making such a unique and inclusive space ♡“

“This place has a nice neighborhood bar vibe. Our server (Ben) was really personable and attentive. I have a shellfish allergy, but my whole family really wanted to have seafood, so we came here. Ben really worked with me to find something I could eat from the (mainly shellfish) menu.
The food was pretty good; my son loved the Lobster roll, but the fried fish basket and the hush-puppies were everyone'spick for the win! Drinks hit the spot with the House-made bloody Mary being our family's fave!“

“I can’t remember my server’s name, but she was amazing. Not only that, there were other servers who were very attentive to my needs and if I needed anything in addition to her. The drinks were great. The food was delicious. I didn’t take any pictures, but the steak bowl and fries pickles were tasty! Service was impeccable. Food came out fast & fresh. The atmosphere felt cozy & safe.“

“Walked in and ask if I could sit outside. The hostess asked if I wanted bar or table. I didn’t have a preference but was told she’s only walk me there if I got a table. I’d never been here before and told her that I didn’t know where I’d be going. I settled on a table so I’d actually be shown where to go. Odd but brushed it off. Bartender was taking care of everyone outside it appeared, which it wasn’t a busy time but seemed as if she had a lot going on at once. I ordered the roll I decided on and asked for a suggestion for a second. I went with what the server recommended. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but I was only brought the one roll the server recommended, I didn’t feel like asking where the second roll was. It was good and I’d go back here for sushi. I’ll make sure my full order is understood in the future.“

“I went here with my cousin while visiting Charleston for the first time. We could not have picked a better place to eat. HIGHLY recommend the dumpwings and the pretzel appetizer as well as the Bubba burger. Incredible amazing food coupled with amazing service. Made us feel right at home. “My husband, myself and our two year old enjoyed a brunch day with music bingo this past weekend! Service (Rachel, I believe her name was) was excellent! Food was good! However, I needed to change my baby’s diaper and the changing station in the ladies restroom was broken. It was inconvenient and I ended up having to take him out to my car instead. “I came in a for game a couple weeks ago. Its a nice place but the staff are not so chatty. There is a hole in the chair in the middle lane. It look like it had been there for years. Had a great game and I got the room to myself withthin the first hour of opening time. I haven't bowl since high school and it was a fun game. I am just warming up.“
