“This is the closest Chinese food restaurant to me. The food is always fresh no matter the time of day it's ordered. The staff is quick and friendly. You can't eat inside anymore, but they have a drive-thru window that makes it super easy to get your order when you call ahead.“

“Been coming here for many, many years and it is my "go to" place when there is any question for what to do for dinner. The food is consistently exceptional. “Very good bbq place. Came in for graduation weekend with 8 people. Despite a miscommunication, and an attitude or two from the staff, they were able to seat us fairly quickly. For appetizers, we ordered the nachos, topped with brisket, and two orders of wings - one smoked with a dry rub, the other crispy, with a spicy garlic sauce. All the appetizers were excellent, and next time, I may just order a few apps. For our entree, most of us got their birria tacos, which aren't traditional, but are very good. My daughter got the small salad with pulled pork on top, and it was huge (and delicious). Would definitely put this on the rotation if I lived here,“

“Great surprise. Was looking primarily for food, and found a gem of a bistro bar. Eclectic setting with funky vibe attracting all ages and cultures... quite fun for a date or friend outing. Ordered appetizers mainly... the Brussel Sprouts were so good we ordered another. I was disappointed by the mussels, but could have been a fluke. It's the only reason I didn't give it a 5. My biggest surprise was the Philly sandwich. Growing up in Philly, I can't help to sample out of state versions always disappointed. Goat's with it's namesake cheese was special... it didn't attempt to imitate and created something all their own. If you love steak and melted cheese, go for it. Last but not least was the great service and the amazing menu of cocktails. Will definitely come back. PS: don't come here if you want a big table and a lot of room to spread out... this is quaint, cozy and intimate. Loved it.“

“Visiting area for years now and as usual I eat something from here (always fried seafood). Saturday was my first time ever going into the location. On top of good food, the environment was very clean (not fishy at all), and the front staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients and how certain items were made without having to ask the cooks. Will definitely continue to be a family must have when visiting. I even tried something new ... the garlic spicy shrimp with broccoli which is now my new favorite. To the staff. Enjoy your time away. “I ended up arbitrarily choosing this place before Covid when my parents came for a visit. It turned out to be the best BBQ buffet we ever had! Great selection. There was beer, and the cornbread was so good my Dad took some to go. He chatted with Doc and the 2 were like old buds . My Dad loved the set up. They tried coming back last year and it was closed . “I usually order the half and half bowl with salmon and spicy salmon over zucchini. It's healthy and tastes delicious. All ingredients always taste very fresh. I get most free ingredients and pay extra for the seaweed salad. I ordered through a delivery service one day and three ingredients were missing. I called to complain and was taken care of right away. I also love their melon milk tea! I'm always promptly greeted, everything is always clean, and service is quick when I arrive in person.“

Food came quick, refills were prompt, and the food was good. We're not really beer drinkers, or drinkers in general really, but the wings were solid, fries and fried okra were both excellent. I have had few interactions with staff as they are at the Restaurant Location in Columbia. They are pleasant in rare contacts. I don’t know their Business Plan or why they have reviews from many years ago. REMEMBER there is No restaurant in friendly MIDDLEBOROUGH Condominiums !! Filled with some kind of sauce that I didn't care for. I expected traditional churros. The chicken mole was good. The beans and street corn were good but I thought the rice was a little undercooked. The service was good. I was surprised to see a $1.55 fee on the check. The waitress said it was for a credit card transaction fee. I didn't mind paying it but I've never seen that at a restaurant before. I assume most include it in their prices.“

“This is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. If I want lunch, I get the build your own pita along with fries. My go to is the FRIES. The fries are so good and not greasy, so they are pleasing to the stomach. I always ask for no salt because they are great without it. Nothing like fresh fries! “Publico is a staple in Columbia and I always love when I get to go! The service is always consistent along with the food quality. One of my favorite things to get is their waterline margarita. It's super cute casual spot in Five Points. There's mainly street parking but I've never had an issue finding any on a Saturday. I highly recommending coming especially if you have a group friends that can't decide on what kind of food they want. Publico is very diverse!“

“I have been wanting to come here for a while since we visit Columbia with relative frequency, and I know it is a local chain. This place has a lot of southern-style dishes, and they even say so in their menu in the way that they cook with pork in their vegetables so some of their sides are not vegetarian. I appreciate any place that calls mac and cheese a vegetable as opposed to a side! I got the one meat and two vegetables plate, which was $10. The meal comes with cornbread or rolls, but I was with two others so we got a mix of both. I'm not a huge cornbread fan, so I didn't try any, but the rolls were good with butter. For my meal, I chose the chicken fried steak as my meat and the mashed potatoes with brown gravy and macaroni and cheese as my vegetables. Our server was Eliana, who was very attentive and nice! The food came out within 10 minutes. The portions were great for $10, and the food was savory and tasted great. I really liked the chicken fried steak, and the white gravy on top was nice. The mashed potatoes with the brown gravy were flavorful and savory. The macaroni and cheese had a good consistency. All in all, I really enjoyed this dinner. The price was really good for a dinner- and the taste and service were great too!“

“Za's has been around Columbia since the end of the last century, and the fact that it's still operating says good things. And there are a lot of good things here starting with the people who work here. We showed up one recent evening with a couple of handicapped people as our guests. Rendell could not have treated any of us with any greater dignity and courtesy; he was a gem in getting us seated conveniently and quickly. And he made sure our server Collette was every bit as kind and helpful. We are much appreciative. Za's has always been fun to some degree because it has a lot of shaded outside seating (and dogs are welcome). But it also has a good beer and wine list and some good food including lots of varieties of brick-oven pizzas. Yum. We especially loved the charred okra, spinach and artichoke dip, the hummus and a couple of the aforementioned pizzas. We came away very happy. Halfway through watching the arsenal fc match on one of there 6 tvs I had to go to the bathroom and was absolutely blown away by how clean and nice it was. It felt as if I was in my own bathroom at my house because it was nearly spotless and made the atmosphere feel absolutely perfect from front to back.
