“Went for lunch today. Ordered ham and Swiss on an onion bagel. Bagel was good but only 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. The skimpiest sandwich! Other delis with bagels are much more generous!“

“Carolina Beer Temple was one of the first craft beer spots I tried in the Charlotte area and it is still my favorite! Bar tenders are awesome, vibes are great, and they’re always doing fun events involving the local community. Can’t recommend enough!“

“My family and I decided to try New South, and I'm very glad we did. My mother-in-law ordered pork chop and absolutely loved it. My wife ordered the grilled flat iron steak; chef's kiss, especially with the sweet potato and bacon gratin. I had the fried chicken, which was pretty good, too. Salads were amazing, and MIL said the fried green tomatoes were the best she's ever had. Do yourself a favor - if you're looking for a solid, flavorful meal, check New South out. “The Best Crepe in Charlotte! I have been coming to Crepe Bistro for almost 5 years now. It has become my daughter and I favorite spot for our Sunday morning father/daughter time. She always orders her "usual" nutella crepe with chocolate ice cream. Even when we call to order for pick up, she asks for the "usual" and the super friendly staff knows what that is❤️. This wonderful place will be part of our memories through our whole life. She was about 10 when they opened, and now at 15 she is driving me to Crepe Bistro (permit driving practice). The rest of the family has tried the Elvis Presley, Strawberry cheesecake, Belgian waffle, and we love them. Kind staff, and great food for the whole family. Simply the Best Crepe in Charlotte.“

“My wife and I wanted to get a cake for our daughter’s 1st birthday. As such, we reached out to Sweet Boutique Bakery. Debbie was very responsive and worked with us in designing a cake that matched the theme of the birthday. Not only did the design come out beautiful, the cake was one of the best, if not the best, cake that I have ever had. Our birthday guests could not stop talking about how good the cake was. Moreover, a couple family members came over the day after the birthday party to have another slice because the cake was that good. Our only regret is that we did not order a larger size because my wife and I only got to eat one slice of cake each. We certainly will be returning customers of Sweet Boutique Bakery.“

Next time I would get it on bread not the crossiant. The crossiant was jusk ok. Not great. It also comes with a pickle which was tough and a sugar cookie. All for $10.29 plus tax and tip. I will definitely be back.“

“My experience at ming fu was a perfect one i hands down !! I was met with the best hospitality and the food did not disappoint ! Not only were the prices already a steal during lunch but they had deals on top of that. I got the boneless ribs, egg rolls, and crab rangoon as a appetizer and literally had to stop myself from eating it all before my entrees came out so i didn't get full too soon lol.
For my entree i had the ming fu special, sesame chicken, miso soup, white rice, fried rice , the rock and roll specialty sushi roll , and the spicy mayo California roll. They have a great deal where if you order a main entree you get a free soup or salad, as well as if you order a speciality roll, you get a maki roll free and well as a soup or salad ! (dine in only for soup/salad). The ming fu special was definitely my favorite ! the jumbo shrimp and scallops , the chicken and mixed veggies with the sa-cha sauce was everythingggg ..and it was served super cute on a sizzling plate with the foil shaped as a swan ! The whole experience was more than i expected and ill definitely be returning to try more on the menu!.“

“Great food, great service, but if you’re a larger party and are seated in the enclosed patio area, take heed that it will be extremely uncomfortable with the summer heat. They only have a couple of small portable fans that are absolutely inadequate for the total space, and the ceiling fans (supposedly set to the incorrect direction) didn’t help much. Even the dining room wasn’t much better. I know it’s been hot, but if the customer is uncomfortable I can only imagine the staff.“

“Best part of this place is the staff. Very friendly, ask to make sure the order is right, and are hard workers. The menu has plenty of options with great appetizers with some of the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had. The the potion sizes make it so that you are getting the best value for your dollar. Just a really good place to get a meal.“
