“Sharon and Susan were both incredibly welcoming and kind! For my meal, I opted for the chicken chorizo hash with eggs over easy, accompanied by potatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese. I thought the dish could have been enhanced with some queso since it felt a bit dry (might have been because I left the salsa off). Although they offer the hangover hash, it doesn't include a biscuit. The biscuit 👌🏼 and the jelly they serve is truly exceptional. I also had the grits, which were definitely creamy and pretty good—probably some of the best grits I've had at a restaurant for sure. I decided to try the grilled macaroni and cheese, which was a baked and grilled version. While it was tasty, I believe it could have been more flavorful, but it was still enjoyable. My main issue was that the food on my breakfast plate wasn't warm enough; I prefer to see steam rising from my food. Despite that, everyone was very pleasant, and the menu is quite impressive. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the food is served hot and to pay attention to any lint on the plates from the drying process. Overall, it's a nice, straightforward breakfast spot with a unique menu.

“Let's start off with the greeting from the hostess. She was very welcoming with a great personality. I believe our waitress said she was her Manager. Our waitress Marissa is one of the best waitresses I have come across. From the time we sat down until we left. Her customer service was 10/10. She engaged with my six year old daughter. Even when she was being extra talkative. She still engaged with her every time. To the point where my daughter loved talking to her every time she came to the table and walked by. She laughed and joked with her. Her conversations with my mom and I were super genuine. She took our order in a timely manner. She gave us updates while waiting for our meal. She checked on us throughout our meal. Gave us our drink refills in a timely manner. We didn't have to ask her for anything or wave her down. She was on top of it. She has the perfect personality and pays attention to her customer's. I also observed that she was the same with other customer's as well. She has the charisma to Intertwine and comfortability to talk to customer's and not at them. She cares about her customer's. She's an asset to your team. “We were celebrating a friend's 60th birthday before a spa day. Our server, Caitlin, & service was great, prompt & food was delivered quickly... knowing we had spa appts. Just a little disappointed that the tuna sandwich was tuna salad but otherwise, everything was yummy!“

“I visited The Flying Biscuit Labor Day weekend which alines with the Matthew's Alive Festival. I was fully prepared to wait for a table and have an extended wait for our food and beverages given the festival bringing thousands of people to the area but that was not the case. We were seated immediately (the hostess were great and very accommodating!) on the outdoor patio with a great view of downtown Matthews. Stacey, our waitress, was great! She was kind, funny, and never rushed us. Our drinks were delicious and food was great. Pricing was comparable to other breakfast spots and the option for a togo coffee was the cherry on top to a fantastic breakfast.

My party consisted of 3 adults and one baby. The high chair that was provided fit the baby well and was clean.“

“My daughter loves the Mac and cheese this is why we go , I am not such a big fan of the rest. But my problem is , everyone I order on the Mobil app, they never put in the condiments . Last time I ordered 2 salads , and 2 kids chicken meals . No dressing or chicken sauce in the bag at all. Now my kids won’t eat . I hate to hold up the drive thru checking they bag but i guess i have to of i ever go back“
