I was skeptical about stopping at this location AGAIN!!! There is always something wrong with my order. However, I stopped anyway and my food again was horrible. I paid $19.99 for food I literally got to work and trashed. My fried pickles looked and taste like they had been refried. Cooked so hard I never tasted the pickle. Gave me what seemed to be old chicken tenders in a bun instead of the normal chicken sandwich fillet
Very poor customer service.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a fast food restaurant that serves good food, including salads and chicken fingers. However, the restaurant has issues with its drive-thru, which has been out of order multiple times in the past three weeks. The restaurant also has a tendency to lock its dining area during peak hours, leaving customers to order from the window or drive away. Despite these issues, the staff is generally friendly and polite, with some employees, such as Barbara, going above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. However, service can be slow due to short staffing, and food may take a while to arrive. Overall, while Zaxbys has its flaws, it has the potential to be a great restaurant with some improvements to its operations.
