Not only did I snag a full Cinnamon loaf for us, we tried a new offering, personal sized Napoleon! It was the perfect sweet snack for the 2 of us on our afternoon adventures. “On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“We have tried the personal and full size bundt cakes in chocolate, red velvet and marble. All have generous amounts of the amazing cream cheese icing which we absolutely love even though the cakes themselves are super moist and delicious enough to eat without icing. We kept them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and they were as delicious as the first day.“

A note for my fellow gringos: when you enter, look to the right and grab a clean tray and some tongs. Then grab whatever looks good from the cabinets and remember that it's CASH ONLY. Most pastries are $1 or $1.50 each. The torta bread (usually on bread racks to the left) is particularly good. Try everything!
