It was my first time eating at Freddys. The food was OK but particularly impressive. I do think they need to improve on cleanliness. The tray on which I was served was visibly dirty (think blackened ground in grease) and tacky to the touch. Some of the kitchen staff did not have on hair containing hats or nets and the outside of the building was visibly dirty. Outside the service window was black and coated with? I am disappointed and will not be returning
I usually eat here once a week while traveling for business. The restaurant has really gone down hill in the last few months. Anything from being out of ice cream, condiments and the dining room being closed for no reason. The restrooms and dining area are
filthy, dirt on the floor, and soap dispensers are broke half the time. Eat elsewhere.
