We held a celebration for my wife’s 75th birthday at MGrille, with about 30 friends. Michelle Wang was wonderful for us to work with in designing the menu and arranging the venue. The food was everything we could have hoped for, Michelle made special accommodations for vegetarians and everything was delicious. The food was kept warm in chafing dishes during the first hour of the party, while we mingled and chatted. When the group was ready to eat, the tops of the chafing dished were removed and folks filled their plates … the food was delicious and perfect for serving. Everyone commented about how great the food was, the two cocktails we picked out for the party were enthusiastically enjoyed and there were also three choices for nonalcoholic drinks. We also greatly appreciate Michelle’s wonderful staff for the party - Leo, Kyle, Payton and Frank, thanks again! The venue was comfortable and generously sized. The baby grand piano was great for the occasion (and thank you to Bert Ligon, a delightful pianist). We are so thankful to Michelle for making this important milestone celebration so perfect, easy for us and special! 👏🥂“

“Me and my family were coming from a graduation and we were first to arrive as soon as the restaurant opened. We were a party of 20. Our waitress was Summer and she was definitely a ray of sunshine. Summer was very patient as we decided what we wanted to eat . She offered suggestions from the menu and she was mindful of the people with shellfish allergies and vegans in the party. The food was pretty good too. The prices were good and the food was plentiful . I ate leftovers for 3days“

“What! As a patron way back in the Food Lion strip mall days, this was hands down the best buffet in town, & sad when they closed. I watched when they broke ground on this new location. I couldn't be the first to enjoy since now I have an autistic child of habit, new isn't easy for us. Using my Super Mama powers, we went for lunch on his birthday in January. I do not have enough room on here to describe the ambiance, cleanliness, kindness, etc... Lucas & I will NOT EVER eat out anywhere else, not even fast food joints kids are attracted to. You get your own hibachi chef, sushi buffet with chef, "traditional" American foods, full salad bar, bars full of Chinese & Chinese-American foods, soups, desserts, superior service, a really undescribable without experiencing for yourself just daily lunch. So much deliciousness to even attempt to enjoy in a 2-hour visit for the price of chicken nuggets, fries, drink, & shake at fast food joints! If the lunch is mind (gut) blowing, supper must be out of this world! Soon. I have to judge many places by staff because of my son, who not only rolled out the red carpet for him/us, but innumerable amounts of other-abled folks, which is important to me. I have traveled & eaten at many places. I now have built-in ADA EYE. My eyes have never, ever, laid eyes on wait staff, or owners, who help a blind person or someone in a wheelchair get tabled and then helped with food selections, plating, and seated to enjoy. Care, respect, not enough words for this either. I have heard the owners waited 15+ years, raising $1,000,000 to create a dream for themselves and their patrons. “I had tried Ganbei for lunch, and it was so fresh, delicious and healthy I made dinner reservations for my husband's birthday. He loved it! Excellent wait staff and excellent food. Our server added a complimentary fried ice cream with a birthday candle. I highly recommend, and I am a KAREN when it comes to high recommendations.“

“Don't let the building deter you, I love Chinese and id say this one ranks highly on my buffet list. The black pepper chicken was sweet savory, perfect blend. The teriyaki chicken has hoison sauce in it. And the hibachi fried rice, so good! The sushi was also perfect and amazing, im rather picky about my sushi, but they nailed it, never had one so good at a buffet. Great people great food!“

“Best Japanese restaurant in Columbia. Food and service was AMAZING! All of the staff clearly works so hard. Our server had multiple large tables and still kept up the amazing service although extremely busy. The atmosphere is great and food was even better. No complaints. 10/10“
