was very disappointed with the overall service during my visit. The bartenders and servers consistently displayed negative attitudes—not just toward guests, but also toward each other. Their interactions were unprofessional, often speaking negatively in front of customers. At one point, a bartender was sitting behind the bar making it clear out loud that he wasn’t planning on leaving his spot, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and inattentive.

We sat at a table for 30 minutes, made eye contact with the server and did not receive any type of acknowledgement that we existed the entire time. All of the servers here had an attitude. We didn’t even get a chance to order drinks within the 30 minute time period we were there.
My family and I came in for dinner tonight, while on vacation. We were greeted by a delightful hostess. That is unfortunately the only highlight of our experience besides the Live entertainment. We did not have a waiter greet our table for drink orders for a full 15 minutes. I am unsure of our waiters name, as he neglected to even introduce himself.
