“While visiting Charleston for a guy's trip, we stopped by Charles Towne Fermetory for a little day drinking. The bartenders are very friendly and gave good suggestions on what beers to try. I had the Yacht Party, Extra Hellos, and Pacifica Pils. They were all great beers, and we bought beer to go. This is a cool place.“

“Great beer and really good atmosphere. I highly recommend the Trippel!! Even though I don't have a pupper dog, I was slightly disappointed to read that they no longer welcome our furry friends. I overheard the bartender say that nothing happened, the owners just decided one day to stop allowing them. I totally understand but hope someday they change their mind.“

It is dog friendly and the popcorn machine is such a treat. If you are looking for a brewery while visiting Charleston, this is the best choice.“

“Everything about our visit was excellent! I called a few days before because we had a big group coming and spoke to Will who was super helpful. He helped us with an area where our group could hang out, eat and drink. The kids loved the huge turf area and played out there the whole time. The outdoor seating is great, food and drinks were great! We really enjoyed our visit and Will was a huge help in making our visit successful!“

“Obviously it's a tiny spot and I'm sure had I been there on a busy night it would have been less enjoyable but this little neighborhood bar is perfect to hang & try some random beers. The option for 3oz pours means you can try everything they have and live to tell the tale. Glad I found it on my trip.“
