Food is really good and one of the best of these type restaurants.
Employees are great, too. I've eaten here for over a decade (yeah I'm an oldie) and I don't think I've ever been disappointed.
And one suggestion: their Japanese menu is very good, too.

China Taste is a small Chinese takeout spot located in a Plaza on Johns Island off of Maybank Rd. The restaurant is known for its consistently good food, with customers praising the Chicken & Mixed Veggies, General Tso's Chicken, and Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi. Other popular dishes include broccoli in garlic sauce, chicken with cashews, shrimp egg fu young, fried dumplings, and spring rolls. While the hot and sour soup may not be the best, the overall quality of the food is wonderful.
