“The staff is absolutely incredible. They are low staff but everyone is so I can't blame them. Lunch hour is always busy but so what? No one wants to bring their lunch for work so that's what you get. Food is always excellent and fresh! Love my tuna sandwich with Italian herb and cheese bread! :)“

“Food is good but service is inconsistent. My 3 kids and I went through the drive-thru at 5pm on a Tuesday evening. It was busy, so we spent 30 minutes in line to get our food, and when our order arrived, it was partially incorrect. It wasn't a huge deal, they just got the sides wrong and left out the salad dressing. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was happy to get out of there so I did not bother trying to correct the issue.“

She is courteous, friendly, business driven and stays focused. She communicates effectively and timely to make every visit a pleasure.It’s a real asset to Zaxbys to have her as an employee and today I told the Mgr this. “I've noticed the staff are very easy going and polite. Very work oriented and speedy. Great menu items.. not the usual pizza and specials. they offer coupons and promo codes for online shopping. There open late!! Delivery is available to most local customers. There ready to greet you with a smile?.. the surrounding community are lucky to have a food service that really cares. “While I was disappointed that they ran out of chicken and 2 of my pizza orders were for my favorite chicken recipes, I really appreciated that I got a call not long after placing the order to let me know that there was no chicken with a chance to change or cancel my order. Once the food arrived, it was hot and delicious!“
“A busy place, even at 1:00 PM, situated at the corner of Maybank Highway and Bohicket Road. There are two drive through lanes, with only one operating when I came for lunch. We'll, inside I went, after going around the restaurant looking for a parking spot close to the entrance. (Yes, too many folks are wanting the same closeness, which I have not sought on other visits.) The layout of the parking area does not allow for someone to park closer to the entrance way except about six to eight parking spots (all occupied) and that is it, with the remainder of them far on the other side close to the drive-in window where it is probably a bit dangerous to park there and then try and walk through the vehicles backed up for the drive-thru. Horrible planning.Go inside and you are faced with four (4) kiosks where you can input your order and pay with a credit card. The only advantage in doing this is that the last time I was here I found that you can have a small water for free. Yes, for zero cents and zero dollars. As I ordered a chicken sandwich previously which unfortunately had so much mayonnaise oozing out of it that it was getting all over my hands I decided to go for a hamburger. Guess what? Again, there was mayonnaise oozing out. It seems to me that this McDonald's loves slathering thick quantities of mayonnaise, which seems to be what other McDonald's in the chain do. Why waste all that mayo? Ycch! Thus the parking lot layout, the desire for us to use a kiosk and not a human, and the excess mayonnaise certainly is worthy of the loss of at least one star.“
