“Not sure why this restaurant doesn't have a better review score other than maybe they are so busy offering a quality dining experience maybe they aren't actively begging for reviews like other establishments....refresshing really to not have reviews begged for. Restaurant has a cool, relaxed, yet elegant dining room, bar and outdoor patio. We loved the menu choices. I chose straight up spaghetti and meatballs. My husband chose Lasagne. We also had bread, Ceasars Salad and the most amazing strawberry cheese cake, on shortbread crust, with thin white chocolate coating and strawberry crumbs on top. Everything was just delicious. Pizzas came out and looked out of this world. Everything is made in house. They have a food manager checking food and handing to delivers. Servers have assistants to keep water filled, table clean. We felt pricing was fair for what we received. Will definately be back.“

“We met Adam the owner who came to hurricane hit Little Switzerland NC right after the storm subsided. He and his team brought massive amounts of supplies from BBQ grills and charcoal to baby needs, water, generators and even went so far on a return trip to bring a portable smoker and cooked an entire meal for our village. We decided after a month of volunteering to celebrate my wifes birthday here in lovely Charleston and of course a meal at the Codfathers restaraunt. The atmosphere is very English Pub style with a great selection of beers/ wine, friendly staff and large tasty portions at a great price. If you love fish and chips this is a must go !!

“We travel to Italy often so we are very picky with Italian restaurants. We are always looking for the true authentic italian. We went for the 1st time last night. We got on waiting list and were seated within 15 minutes. Our server Danielle was top notch. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a true asset to the restaurant. They had a good choice of Italian wines. We enjoyed the fresh bread with the Burrata appetizer. We had 1 of the nightly dinner specials and the Veal. Needless to say we were so happy that our meals exceeded our expectations. Fresh, tasty and not americanized as most Italian restaurants sadly are. For dessert we had the Cannoli which did not disappoint. cena perfetta!! Grazie mille!“

“Sunrise bistro in Summerville off of old trolley Road has the best food. They also have the best service and the nicest folks in the business. Cinda is amazing. She’s always got a smile on her face and is always very prompt and never in too much of a hurry to find out what you really want to eat. She follows up after the meal is served to find out if you need anything else, but not to the point where you’ve got food in your mouth when she comes over to check on your satisfaction.“
