La Chalupa is a family-owned restaurant known for its exceptional service and kid-friendly atmosphere. Located slightly outside of Spartanburg, it offers an "all you can eat" buffet with a salad bar and desserts. While the buffet food was fresh and constantly replenished, some reviews found it to be not as excellent as expected. The staff, however, received high praise, particularly an older waiter with a slight limp who was exceptional and cheerful.
