Bojangles is a mixed bag according to customers. The "bird dogs" were surprisingly good and the food was hot and fresh, although sauce packets were forgotten. The Bo Rounds were undercooked, lacking onion flavor. The staff can seem preoccupied, with one even tossing a go box, and some employees have been argumentative and denied mobile orders. However, the food remains the highlight. During peak times, like lunch, the service struggles with only one person handling orders and the register, causing long delays for customers. It was suggested that having at least two staff members upfront would greatly improve efficiency. Some visits, however, feature fast service with a smiling and friendly employee where the order was right.
