“This is hands-down the best sandwich I’ve found in Laurens County. Fresh ingredients leave you feeling good. One of the only places to get a healthy meal. The freshly squeezed lemonade is the best I’ve had since childhood. The staff is very friendly, the service is prompt, and the food is deliciously made to order. Oh, they also have tons of baked goods, cookies, and cakes for your sweet tooth. I really enjoy eating at the old marble counter at the big windows up front! It overlooks the main intersection and the town square. Great food and atmosphere! I’ll be back.“
“I've been passing by there over a year and wanted to try it out but they always closed. So today I'm off of work and decided to stop. Glad I did. It's exactly the kind of place I've been looking for. I got hamburger plate with onion rings, chicken strips and cheese sticks. It was good. They use ground beef and not the frozen pattys. It has the home cook food also. Definitely will be coming there more often. I'm not from Hickory Tavern but the Cafe has that small town everyone knows everyone feel. Like you coming to your friends house to eat. Co“
