9 Best Mexican Restaurants near Lugoff

“I'm from the Chicago area and am here visiting my daughter. Looking at the Google reviews, noticed San Jose.
Four of us went and we each really enjoyed the meal. Enjoyed it enough that we went for 2nd time a few days later.
Scrumptious, well done food all around.

Parking: Lots of parking but the place was very busy when I was there so spots were sort of limited. That's a good problem.“

“My gf and I stopped in around lunch on our way to Charleston. We went inside to take a break from being in the car and to use the restroom. The facilities were very clean.
The older lady working the counter was great and incredibly personable.
I ordered just a bean burrito, and it was good. ( it's taco bell, I'm not expecting my mind to be blown)
Overall pleasant experience and the older woman at the counter deserves a raise! We loved her!“

“My friend recommended Masa to me roughly 2 years ago and I’ve been going ever since. The drinks and food are amazing especially El Paraiso and their adobada bowl. The atmosphere is great for going with friends or a date night. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and Erik is a great bartender that can literally make any drink you want.“

“food is good, but for their hours you think they'd have enough sides seems like they run out of alot so early on plus the tacos are basic, and hardly come with anything on it! cilantro & onions only? They never answer their phone which I don't understand why it's even on the truck. They definitely have some things to improve on, but I will give them another chance seeing that the food is good. I'd give a 4 star rating.“

“Went yesterday and a girl with long black hair provided poor customer service. I walked in and she was sitting at the bar. No greeting or anything, she just looked back as if I was interrupting her or she didn't want to take my order. After stating I wanted to place an order, she came to the desk (still no greeting or anything) and just stood there. Instead of handing me my card back she threw it down on the front desk. She came back with my food and placed it on the self. Walked off then look back and stated that's your food, while I'm literally standing right there.“

“The food was good and the staff were friendly. Some requests for items had to be made a couple of times before getting them, though, even though they were not busy at the time. Not sure if they were short handed and getting ready for the busier dinner time.“
