“Easily our favorite hibachi and the Sakura roll is a must have. We appreciate the fresh cut vegetables in our meals instead frozen like it usually is at hibachi restaurants. The service is always great and the restaurant is clean. If you live close do not pass on Sakura!“

Service is excellent and friendly. Crowded Fri/Sat. Call ahead during the lunch hour to score a dinner reservation later in the week. First seating is 5:30 — easiest and best.“

I spoke to the chef, asked if he could make something special for me who is a big fan of sushi. Then he made this! The dish looks really fresh and beautifully presented. The colors are bright, and everything is arranged with a lot of care. I like how the cucumber is rolled and the little touches like the flower petals and sauces on the side—it shows attention to detail. It looks delicious and very well made! I’ll definitely be back!!! “I enjoy going to Fuji Westside weekly. Their food is delicious and it doesn't take long even if they have a long line outside. I went in tonight (Friday) to place my order and I was surprised how fast I got my food. Thank you Fuji team!! I will see you sometime next week :)“

I live 15 minutes away and it was still fresh and hot when i arrived home. I was also highly pleased with the customer service here. “Had steak hibachi. Meat was cooked to order, very lean, flavorful, and moist with no gristle. Served with veggies, choice of sauce, and 2 big scoops of rice. Very tasty and enough to take home for another meal.

Fried rice is very good too! I can tell that this place is using high quality rice. (Usually other hibachi restaurants are using lowest price long grain rice)
