“The kids in my family love the playground so we come here frequently. Although a very busy place, it's usually clean and well staffed when we've been here. I've been told they have community events here throughout the week??? The employees have always been pleasant and polite. This is probably a good as it gets for fast food. I can't give it a 5 because I'm still in sticker shock at the price.“

“This place got me through tons of cravings over these last few months. The service and staff are wonderful, and the drive through experience is quick and painless. Unfortunately I think they might be officially out of the old waffle fries and have switched over to the reformulated waffle fries that have a starchy texture to them despite the nice crisp that the reform was trying to accomplish. It’s a noticeable enough difference that my cravings are completely gone now 😬“

“We downloaded the app after our first visit. When we returned for lunch the other day, we decided to use one of our rewards. However, we did not know how to utilize the rewards system. It could have been very embarrassing and awkward, but Breanna was a gem and talked to us through it without making us feel ignorant! The chicken was delicious, the fries were done to perfection, and the cleanliness and friendliness only added to a delightful experience! We will be back!“

“Our first visit to Pete's on Poinsett and it won't be the last. There are quite a few comments posted about a 20 minute for the food. Personally, I prefer fresh cooked, which this was, and don't mind waiting for it. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. We will be going back to try other menu items because the options are many. Great family diner with good food and affordable prices.“

“This is the best and cheapest Chinese take out!!! The hot and sour soup is fantastic and you get a big giant container for $5. The short ribs are delicious. The fried rice isn’t good though. It’s just yellow rice with raw onions in it. The restaurant is lobby really dumpy and not very nice, but the food is delicious. Take out is the only option. They discourage you from dining in (they have 2 tables but no trash cans or trays etc.. and only serve in to-go containers)“

“Asked for lg sweet tea with 1/2 cup of ice. When I got my tea there were maybe 2 cubes left. Drank some tea out so I could get more ice. The tea was not sweet. So as the young guy added ice I asked for sweet tea. He did refill it from the sweet tea container. Bottom line, they need to learn how to make sweet tea. For $2.49 I should have ordered a coke.“

“I had an amazing drive though experience. There was this hilarious young man, I think his name name was either Tim or Jim. He was doing a wonderful and hilarious British accent and was very respectful. The employees got me in and out in an amazing time. This place was amazing. I got great food and everyone was overall wonderful.“

“This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.

“We’ve taken out from this location a few times now; it seems the best one in the area. Food is always good. We get the South of the Border rice bowls, so can’t speak specifically of any other item.

A bit ago my wife picked up an order and got home and they forgot all the chicken. Was a new worker, guy on phone was so apologetic and nice, put our info down and said next visit we can have anything we want for free….4 bowls, sides, drinks, etc, whatever. I said all that was not necessary but appreciated it. Fast forward to now, we’ve been traveling a lot so haven’t been in for a couple of months. I call up and they have no record of our info. I don’t think that guy worked there anymore, and for what he offered I can understand why…lol But the guy on the phone was very nice and said it was fine, but had to check with the boss. Came back, it was OK’ed, and we got two small bowls free. Very nice considering he was just taking my word. We’ll definitely return.“

“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I was hungry. My visa gift card was not working. Someone, I am guessing a manager seen me stressing out because the card was not working and they gave me my meal. I almost started crying in the middle of the airport.“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!
