“Well I just was there today and the “cook” screwed up my order and had to go around 3 times to get what I ordered. They have 3 employees that I say are great the rest are just the rest. Even when these 3 are there the rest just make life hard on them. The manager or owner should be doing something to change this.“

“My daughter & I were having a bad day yesterday. I took her to your place to get us drinks & doughnuts as we haven't been to dunkin' in awhile in late afternoon. Staff went off what we liked as we couldn't remember what the drinks were called or still made. They made it just right & made our day better. Thank you for making our day better!“

“As I pulled into the parking lot of Dunkin', I observed plenty of parking with disabled parking. As I entered, I was greeted. The staff worked as a team to push out my order. I ordered a hot chocolate and 2 glazed doughnuts. My order was in about 2 minutes. I must say the doughnuts were AMAZING! Oh, the hot chocolate had the most chocolate in any hot chocolate that I ever tasted! Remember to communicate how you would like your hot chocolate. Dunkin', thank you for the outstanding service! You have earned every bit of the 5-star review! I look forward to my next visit!“

“I’m visiting from Oklahoma and stopped one morning for coffee. I’ve been back two more times and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The cinnamon rolls are the best ever. The cinnamon tastes like the yummy old fashioned cinnamon I had as a kid! Ham and cheese pretzel is awesome! Coffee is stellar and service is amazing! Please come to Oklahoma and open one in Edmond!“

“I am leaving this review in hopes the upper management or owner of the franchise reads it. If your staff is overwhelmed with drive thru, walk in customers, and online orders please allow them to pause online orders if this is currently unavailable or punishable. I had a large online order that I waited for over 30 minutes on and was not given all items ordered. The customer was very unhappy. Allowing the employees to do this will keep your employees from being over worked, customers from potentially getting cold food or drinks and not receiving everything they ordered, and lastly not waste the time of delivery drivers trying to make some extra money. I am giving 5 stars because the ball was dropped not by the employees today but upper management or owners.“
