“Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!“

“I got a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, and every staff member I encountered was SO nice! When I got to the window the employee greeted me by name and gave me a free cookie as well! Loved my experience here and will definitely be returning. (Also, everything was delicious)“
“I wanted the tortilla soup but they were out. I got the #1 no pickles. It was good. I like the flavor of the chicken sandwich.
The service was good. They were very apologetic about the soup being out. They checked on us several times while eating.
The price was reasonable.
Restroom was clean.
It was a little noisy with the kids running in and out of the play area. One child kept running from their mom.
We sat near the play area entrance. It was all good no complaint.
I will definitely stop by again.

“This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.
But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

“Great service, great food. I enjoyed my breakfast burrito, which honestly seemed a little bigger than most other locations make.
I also ordered a couple lunch boxes for a meeting.
Service was excellent from one of the newer younger ladies and someone who I assumed was a manager. Zero complaints from the outside in.“
