“Customer service is top notch!! The drive through process is always super speedy and efficient, and the food is consistently great quality. I visited on Thursday, February 12th around 11 am, and both the cashier (Angel) and young man handing the food out (not sure of name) were incredibly friendly kind, and upbea, and offered service with a genuine smile. I wanted to give the young man a shout out, he was literally giving out fist bumps, and his friendly interaction made my day. Also, the side salad was a great portion size, and the dressings (mixed ranch and italian) were delicious. I've been a consistent chickfila fan for while, but today's visit deserved a 5 star review for sure!“
“I was just expecting a regular experience at this Chick-fil-A, me and my friend went inside, ordered our food and began to wait. We both
Received our food… but one thing was missing! Her coke float! We thought nothing of it and waited 10 minutes for the float to arrive. We were starting to lose Hope just when David! David ( the one with the muscles ) I kindly asked if we were still waiting on something and when he caught wind that we were missing our float, he jumped on the task and it was out within two minutes. He so nicely gave us a soft serve ice cream to make everything better. And if that wasn’t good enough, he gave me 2 different versions of the honey mustard I asked for, one for dipping, and one for squeezing onto my sandwich. I MEAN THE DETAILS! Anyways great experience 10/10!!“
“Today I went to grab some dinner for me and my kids I’m a very regular customer here at market street and had excellent service from a new hire I believe his name was Mason he was kind and the food came out very quick! I sure do love this chickfila and the service they give to us hungry folks!“
“First of all I hardly give out 5 stars. There’s always room for Improvement. The 5th star is for an employee that does something above their regular job.
So, no one can’t never say Chick-fill-A isn’t popular. They have great food. The atmosphere is always clean no matter how busy they are. Service & the 5th star. After are meal, My preteen Granddaughter order us milkshakes. In all the excitement of her going up & ordering solo. She forgot to take the change 😳. The cashier delved out shacks along with the change. I can’t thank her enough. My Granddaughter learned that math is important.“
“Such a great experience! Everyone is so nice at this location!! The kiddos got to see the cow today they came up to our car and hung out with the kiddos. The manager is amazing and so kind at this location came up to car and chatted with us before receiving food!“
“If I could give this location more stars I definitely would!! My husband and I came in to eat at 8pm and didn’t realize the dining room had closed. After we ordered and realized the dining room was closed, we immediately tried to leave and apologize. Rogina and Danielle were having none of that and asked us to stay and enjoy our meal. The team had our food out so quickly and the fries were so hot. Even after us coming in after they closed the dining room, the service was top notch. Such a great team!! I'm not sure who else was working but I really appreciate how kind everyone was. Rogina, Danielle, and the team working tonight thank you so much!! “Ive been coming here for years but never left them a review until today, May 6th 2026. Today was the first time I did a online order for drive through pickup.
I was in my Tesla Therapy Toaster with the family and was around 15min away so I started passing around my phone with the Chick-Fil-A app on it to them and asked them what they wanted. They ordered what they wanted and we arrive at the restaurant.
I pull up and was told by Nic the Chick-fil-A employee to move forward because my order wasnt ready or something. No worries, I move out of the way and wait. He brings the food and forgot the sauce and straws. The way Nic treated me that day was amazing, I could tell he was getting overworked at this location but he made sure to give me the attention I needed at that time.
If Nic is reading this I want to thank you again.
If Chick-fil-A corporate is reading this, please give Nic paid time off and a raise.
Also, love the American flag flying like this right next to the building signage. Not sure what it was but when I saw this I had to take a picture, I felt proud to be an American in that moment.
