I didn’t get my food…. Never got more than 10 chips on the bottomless chips! Service was terrible… they ended up throwing my AirPods in trash and didn’t let me get em back… “chilis policy”
Normally this is my favorite place to eat. however we ordered delivery and the food was horrible. the burgers were over cooked, the fries were so salty you couldn't eat them. everything was cold and not worth the money. I filled out the form to Chili's over a week ago and received no response whatsoever.
For starters. how about filling the drinks instead of bringining a partial drink that's FULL of ice.
I asked the server what the deal was. He told me that they are only allowed to put 4.5 Oz or they'll get fired. WTH. That's ridiculous.
