McDonald's in Myrtle Beach

“Went here on Monday March 10th with my dad and uncle. We went to the drive thru because we wanted Shamrock shakes, 2 of them. Was all excited, went to the drive thru, and they told us the shake machine wasn't working, so unfortunately no shamrock shakes. :( however, the drive thru person did offer a Shamrock McFlurry. We decided to try that. i believe we also ordered a cheeseburger. so ordered 2 Shamrock McFlurries and a cheeseburger. We paid cash, and picked it up in the drive thru. person was at least pleasant. If you never had a mcFlurry, it's like mint ice cream with a mint syrup on top sprinkled with chocolate pieces. I actually enjoyed it, and so did my dad! May be back at a later time for some fast food!“

“Normally, I enjoy going to this location. However, on this visit, the order taker was not friendly. She did not greet us and just stuck our receipt out the window. The girl at the 2nd window did not smile but at least spoke. Customer service on this visit was not as good as it usually is.“

“I had a Big Mac today. I haven't had one in years. It was the perfect bite of a fast food burger. The two thin patties of beef as opposed to just 1 thick one, spread the taste of beef throughout the bite. The robust, fresh lettuce cushioned the bite, making the burger "chomp-worthy". The onions gave it a zesty flair that complimented the "Mac Sauce" and amplified it's taste. This was engineered to taste amazing and be the perfect bite of a fast food burger.“

I made the manager aware because people are quick to complain!!! I love who ever made that burger that day. Juicy tasty and hot.the service was excellent especially the gentleman from Venezuela he was the most hospitable McDonald's employee I've ever met.“

“So usually, I don’t leave a tip to the McDonald’s workers but this one boy named Aaron was so good. He brought my food out nice and ready so I had to give him a nice tip. He is so good. I think McDonald’s should raise him to manager because he was so good.“

“Drive thru order and I just gotta say, whoever is in kitchen around 3 30pm Sept 6th, you're rockin it!!! My fries and nuggets were absolutely amazingggg after so many mid experiences lately, they were top notch!! And the sweet tea was impeccable!! My mom says her burger was also amazingly made and constructed nicely! Thank you so much for making this pitstop while dashing worth it. “The staff here should try to balance their attention between dine-in and drive thru better. I was waiting patiently 25+ minutes for our order with the kids INSIDE. Also when I finally decided to poke my head over and ask the manager, I get rudeness and an attitude beyond belief. That is definitely not customer service. I am not angry just would like better service when there are 4 ppl in the drive thru area.“

“The app is a problem & I lose a lot of points. I do not like associates with long finger nails & long hair swinging around in the food area of preparation. Gloves should be worn for food handlers. Hair nets for long hair. Burgers are messy. The last chicken sandwich made me sick.“

“I went to the drive through. Can you use my rewards? And couldn't find what I was looking for so I just was going to get my points.. When I got to the window, the lady taken my money. Let me know that I could get a breakfast with a code. So my meal went from 5 dollars to 2 dollars Wasn't that nice. It has never happened to me at McDonald's in Georgia or any. Where else for that matter.“
